Each team member uploads one or two photos of themselves. Drag-and-drop or file picker. We auto-resize to max 2048px for fast processing. Files sit safely on our server (EU, Denmark) and can be deleted on demand.
02 / Pick a style and background
Choose from five prebuilt styles — or, on a pro plan, your own branded background. The style controls cropping (close-up vs. half-body), backdrop (office, neutral, brand color), lighting, and overall feel.
03 / AI generates 3 variations
Our 13-layer prompt system runs through OpenAI gpt-image-1.5. Identity — facial features, glasses, skin tone, tattoos — is hard-locked. You receive three versions per upload.
04 / Human-in-the-loop review
If the AI flags anything questionable — distorted logo, weird shadow — the job is automatically routed to our fulfillment team. They re-run with adjusted prompts or hand-deliver a manual override. You don't have to do anything.
05 / Export in five formats
Pick your favorite version and download it in five formats: LinkedIn (1024×1024), email signature (256×256), web (1200×800), print quality (high-res), or original. Ready to upload directly.

AITeamShots doesn't invent new faces. What we change is the context around the person — backdrop, lighting, framing. What we preserve 100% is identity.
